Julie is a very well-prepared professional with very high standards and expectations of herself. She is considerate of all parties involved in the sale and she was truly working on my behalf as the seller. She had a complete net sheet at our first meeting and then adjusted when she saw my home. She did all the work and did not expect me to find my own needed information - such as taxes to bring current. Her photographer is excellent and she was there for EVERY activity involving my sale. She has boundless energy and knowledge. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Julie! I not only had a professional working for me, I feel I gained a friend!
